Check-In

Volunteers will need to check in with the volunteer coordinator.

The Swimmers will also need to check in, make sure they're name is highlighted, then will get a sticker with their name and events on it.

It is very important to check in if we see that the swimmer has not checked in they may be scratched.

Make sure you arrive plenty of time before meet warm-up!

Seating

Families will want to bring lawn chairs and if available a canopy to sit under since it is a long day out in the sun. While waiting for your swimmers' events families will sit in what we refer to as "Tent City" in the grass. Then during your swimmers' events you can move into the bleachers to watch them swim.

Swimmers will sit in their age group tents that we will have set up. We do this that way we can easily find swimmers to make sure they get to their event.

During the meet

During the meet your swimmer will sit in their age group tent. Before their event they will need to go to the ready area that way they can be sorted out into their heat. The swimmers will be escorted to their lanes by a junior coach. After their race they will go talk to their coach then go back to their age group tent.
